Equip married couples to accompany engaged couples toward a joyful, Christ-centered marriage.

In Home Catholic Marriage Prep Mentor Training Days equip married couples to serve as mentor couples for their parish’s marriage preparation ministry. Couples learn how to welcome engaged couples into their homes and create space for authentic conversation, prayer, reflection, and the sharing of real-life marriage experience.

During the training, couples will:

• Discover the vision behind In Home Catholic Marriage Preparation

• Learn how to guide couples through each session

• Become familiar with the provided resources and activities

• Learn how to share their own marriage story with honesty and wisdom

Your marriage is a witness. Your home can become a place of formation. Through the In Home Marriage Preparation, mentor couples help engaged couples discover that marriage is more than a wedding day. It is a vocation and a lifelong journey of learning to love in Christ.

Mentor Training Days are available through participating parishes and dioceses. Couples do not register individually.
